This page explains how to delete your InvoScan account (app package com.invoscan.app), or delete individual receipts without closing your account, and exactly what is erased.
Delete your account and everything in it
You can do this yourself, inside the app, in under a minute:
- Open InvoScan and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab (the ⚙️ icon, bottom right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm, then tap Delete.
That is it. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Prefer us to do it?
Email support@deepfai.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my InvoScan account”. We will confirm and delete it, normally within 2 business days and always within 30 days.
Delete individual receipts (keep your account)
You do not have to close your account to remove data. In the app, open any receipt from the Receipts tab and tap Delete. That permanently removes that receipt, its extracted fields, its line items and its stored image.
To remove a subset of receipts, delete them one at a time this way. To remove everything at once, delete the account as described above.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Subscription and purchase records | Held by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat, not by us. We cannot delete these; they are kept as long as those companies require for billing, tax and accounting purposes. |
| Support emails you sent us | Kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. |
Two things to do first
- Export your records. Once deleted, we cannot recover them — and you may need them for tax purposes. Use Reports → Export CSV / Export PDF, or Settings → Export all data (CSV).
- Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your InvoScan account does not cancel an InvoScan Pro subscription, because billing is handled by the app stores. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions or Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
